Recently rewritten and expanded, the programme looks at how, in a practical way, doctors can become more personally effective and encourages delegates via an action plan, to introduce the time management skills and techniques learned and put them into daily, practical use.

Doctors of any grade will benefit from the practical nature of the programme. The Time Management course is CPD accredited (giving 6 CPD points) and also meets the Medical Leadership Competency Framework which encourages doctors to be more effective use of their time.
